New England Patriots Odds to Win AFC East 2026
Two seasons took this club from 4-13 to a Super Bowl, and New England Patriots betting odds now have to price whatever comes after that.
Live Odds for Patriots at Bills SGP (Oct 04, 2026)
A ten win improvement ties the largest single season turnaround in NFL history. It was also their first AFC East title without Tom Brady or Bill Belichick since 1997.
They lost Super Bowl LX 29-13 to Seattle on 8 February.
It was a record extending twelfth appearance in the game and a record sixth defeat, breaking a tie with Denver.
Mike Vrabel won Coach of the Year in his first season in charge, the first Patriots coach to take it since Belichick in 2010.
PowerPlay has them 17.00 for Super Bowl LXI and 8.50 to win the AFC. New England scored 490 points, second most in the NFL, and conceded 320.
Then they traded a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth for a wide receiver.

The First Team in NFL History to Go 9-0 on the Road
This is the detail that explains the season better than the record does.
New England went 8-0 away from home in the regular season, then won the AFC Championship game at Denver. No team had ever finished a season 9-0 on the road.
As the second seed they beat the Chargers 16-3, Houston 28-16 and Denver 10-7 before losing in February.
Three playoff wins by an average of eleven points, all of them low scoring, from a club that scored 490 in the regular season.
Vrabel is in his second season with Josh McDaniels back as offensive coordinator, having won Assistant Coach of the Year.
The change is on defence. Zak Kuhr was promoted from inside linebackers coach to coordinator, and Terrell Williams moved up to assistant head coach.
A 2028 First Round Pick for A.J. Brown
A.J. Brown arrives from Philadelphia, who have won the NFC East in each of the last two seasons and won the Super Bowl the year before last.
The price was a first round pick two drafts away and a fifth the year before that, with the deal processed after 1 June.
Brown had 78 catches for 1,003 yards last season and previously played for Vrabel at Tennessee.
He is 15.00 for most receiving touchdowns.
New England also signed Romeo Doubs from Green Bay on four years and 68 million dollars, worth up to 80 million, with 39 million guaranteed. They released Stefon Diggs on 11 March.
The guard Alijah Vera-Tucker came from the Jets on three years and 42 million.
A club that has just reached a Super Bowl with a quarterback on a rookie contract has a window. Windows are the reason first round picks get spent rather than saved.
Philadelphia are 18.00 on the outright board. New England are 17.00.
The Quarterback Who Lost the MVP by Five Points
Drake Maye finished second in the MVP vote by 366 points to 361, on 24 first-place votes to 23.
It was the closest result since Peyton Manning and Steve McNair shared the award in 2003.
He led the NFL with a 72 percent completion rate and a 113.5 passer rating.
Maye is 11.00 for MVP this season, sixth on that board, 15.00 for most passing yards and 16.00 for most passing touchdowns.
Stafford was 38 and winning it for the first time. Maye was in his second season as a starter and losing it by the width of one voter.
New England signed the Ottawa-raised linebacker Jesse Luketa from Arizona in the spring and waived him on 30 August, which leaves the roster without a Canadian.
New England play Detroit at the Allianz Arena in Munich on 15 November, one of nine international games this season and their first in Germany since 2023.
Gillette Stadium hosted seven matches at this summer's World Cup, including a quarter final, on temporary grass that was lifted and replaced before the NFL season.

The Number That Decides It
New England went 14-3 and reached the Super Bowl. PowerPlay has them 2.35 to win the AFC East.
Buffalo went 12-5, lost in the divisional round, and are 1.70.
That is the number. Two wins better, three rounds further, and still second favourite in their own division.
Buffalo have a new head coach in Joe Brady, a new defensive scheme and a new stadium.
New England have the Coach of the Year, an unchanged staff and a quarterback who lost an MVP by five points.
The win line is set at 10.5 and the market leans under it, 1.62 against 2.10, on a club that won fourteen last season.
One of those two division prices is going to look strange in January.
